NBC Comedy ‘Undateable’ Sets Hourlong Live Episode for May 5
buddy comedy “Undateable” will air a live hourlong episode on May 5. The multicamera bromance sitcom from Bill Lawrence and Adam Sztykiel returns for its second season on March 17.

Alimi Ballard has booked a recurring role in ABC pilot The Catch.

has landed the female lead opposite Mad Men‘s Ben Feldman in NBC’s Superstore, a single-camera comedy pilot about a disparate group of employees working at a big-box store in middle America.

The TV sequel is the latest from former ‘Walking Dead’ showrunner Glen Mazzara.


Mark Gordon, eOne Team on ‘All the Old Knives’

and Entertainment One are teaming on the spy thriller “All the Old Knives” as the first project from their recently launched independent studio. “DivergentNeil Burger director is attached to helm the project, which Olen Steinhauer adapted from his novel of the same name. “All the Old Knives” takes place in the idyllic town of Carmel-by-the-Sea, where two ex-lovers — one CIA spy and one ex-CIA spy — meet for dinner and to relive their memories of a disastrous hijacking, possibly in an effort to get to the bottom of a conspiracy.

has been named president of Paramount’s Motion Picture Group where he will be tasked with increasing the studio’s output of feature film releases. He replaces ousted motion picture group head Adam Goodman.

Cablevision Breaks Ranks And Agrees To Offer HBO Now To Broadband Subs
The Long Island-based cable operator is the first pay TV provider to go along with HBO’s effort to offer its premium network to people who don’t also subscribe to an expanded basic package. The companies didn’t disclose pricing or terms. But Cablevision says it has an agreement to stream HBO Now to its Optimum Online customers.

Team leaders who are extroverted can be highly effective leaders when the members of their team are dutiful followers looking for guidance from above. Extroverts bring the vision, assertiveness, energy, and networks necessary to give them direction. By contrast, when team members are proactive — and take the initiative to introduce changes, champion new visions, and promote better strategies — it is introverted leaders who have the advantage. Extroverted leaders are more likely to feel threatened.
