Under the pact, she’ll continue her work on Fresh off The Boat.

Daniel Dae Kim
and Grace Park have departed CBS’ “Hawaii Five-0.” Their characters, Chin Ho Kelly and Kono Kalakaua, will not appear in the upcoming eighth season. The characters’ absence will be referenced in the season premiere. Sources tell Variety that Park and Kim had been seeking pay equality with stars Alex O’Loughlin and Scott Caan, but were unable to reach satisfactory deals with CBS Television Studios.

Mumsnet moves into comedyUK online parenting forum Mumsnet has begun exclusively hosting a comedy web series, marking the first time it has become involved in video content. Bad Mother, from Susie Gilmour and Matt Winn, follows a beleaguered, foul-mouthed stay-at-home mum as she tackles the “madness of modern motherhood.” Each episode in the six-part series is around five minutes long and is being made available on a weekly basis on the Mumsnet YouTube channel.

Deadline: Comic-Con Re-ups With San Diego Through 2021Comic-Con International and the City of San Diego have sealed a deal that will keep Comic-Con in town through 2021. The renewal comes ahead of the start of this year’s convention, which runs July 20-23 at the San Diego Convention Center and an ever-growing list of surrounding venues.
